PROBLEM STATEMENT: Most To-do list our there are confusing to use and navigate, it usually has poor UI and users could only perform one function with a sure app.
SOLUTION: We designed a To-do list that can add tasks, edit and delete tasks, and also, it has inbuilt calendar features, and a profile section so users could see their progress. finally, we also created a web version. We define our finds, and pain point problems, sketch out a design (low fidelity) solution and create a high-fidelity (prototype, and lastly, we conducted Alpha testing.
Background:
My team members and I decided to create a To-do App that will help people to create, edit, update and delete tasks. This is also to help with the smoothness of daily schedules.
Goals:
To help with the follow-up of daily schedules easier and faster.
To create a user friendly app.
The Design Process:
Problem (Empathize).
Sketching.
Prototype.
Research:
My team members and I decided to go to various design platforms to get inspiration on how to design a To-do App and also draft out ideas on plain paper
The Sketch Solution:
After the research, each of us sketched out how we wanted the To-do App to look. After we sketched, each of us sent our sketch solutions and merged two of the sketches for the design of the To-do App.
Mid-Fidelity - Wireframes.
We created a digitally structured version of the merged sketch solution.
High Fidelity - Wireframes.
We used Figma to finish up the design. We were able to design every page of the to-do list.
